I ate cold noodles at Akabane the other day, so it's been a while since I've had Chinese noodles. As expected, this place is delicious! It's Yamagata Kenchan Ramen Inspired, but it's great that you can offer it at this price with the same quality as Sharin's Chinese noodles at any store.

I ate a flavored egg tsukemen special. It's perfect for hot summer. I was grateful that I could have another cup of dipping soup when I ran out. Did you get some food after that? (smile)

The tsukemen was delicious.
