More Comments at Google Map・Saturday 11:05, 3 people in the store ・Miso ramen (880 yen) + raw egg (50 yen) Since it's Saturday, I decided to order a beer and drink it while I waited, but the counter seats were a little small, so I was a little concerned about being so close to the person next to me. The rice bowl arrived after a few minutes of waiting. I like visuals like this. When I tried the soup, I found that the taste of the small grains of sweet backfat and salty miso was very good. This is my favorite type of miso flavor. The noodles are Daruma Seimen's medium-thick and slightly curly type, and have a very chewy texture, and the default portion is quite filling, so it's filling. The toppings are stir-fried pork belly, onions, and bean sprouts, with green onions and chili peppers on top. This stir-fried pork belly and vegetables tasted very good, and I got the impression that the soup and ingredients blended well with each other due to the light seasoning, perhaps considering the slightly sweet and thick taste of the soup. And of course it's a raw egg. It's mild and delicious when eaten by dipping the noodles and ingredients into a crunchy raw egg, sukiyaki style. Honestly, I probably could have added two raw eggs. Thank you for the meal. I was very satisfied with the wonderful combination of back fat and miso.
It happened to be the day the store opened, so I was curious and visited. It looked like it would be difficult to use the ticket vending machine. It seems that they are not doing their best to prevent infection. There is one salesperson with a facial mask and one with a nose mask. The store wasn't running well and was a bit noisy. The main ramen is quite delicious. The noodles are thick and slightly curly. The texture of the surface coated with oil was satisfying even with Hokkaido. Something like grilled ginger is so delicious. But I can't figure out the raw egg topping. I'm giving it a ⭐︎5 with high hopes for the future.
Visited for lunch around 1pm on a weekday. Spicy miso ramen with rice and raw egg for lunch set. It was delicious as usual. The seasoning and noodles are similar to the Kyobashi miso, with less of the richness. I personally like it. When I ate it with raw egg, the taste definitely changed and it was delicious. I'm a little concerned about the small size of the restaurant, but I don't think it's a problem for office workers to go eat there. I didn't know the price until I bought the ticket, so I think it would have been easier to understand if there was a menu at the entrance. I think I'll go again.
