It's a 2-3 minute walk from Itabashi Station. It's a small shop, but it's relatively easy to find as it faces a busy road. I came to the store after 5pm on a public holiday. It was still early for dinner, so there was only one person in the restaurant and it was very empty. The inside of the store was very clean and had an atmosphere that made it easy for even a single woman to enter. The female staff was also very kind. First, buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance, then hand it to the staff and they will guide you to your seat. On this day, I ordered the most popular dish, Taishio Rich Soba. She looked so beautiful that I thought she was a former French chef. It was my first time to eat raw vegetables like salad with ramen, but it didn't feel strange at all. The soup was very rich and the noodles were a little hard, which I quite liked. The balsamic vinegar went well with it, and the two types of meat were very moist. The portion was small, so even as a woman I didn't have enough, so I ordered the aedama. It was delicious either eaten as is or dipped in leftover soup. I also wanted to try other menu items.

I came to eat ramen at a place famous for matchmaking. In conclusion, you can have the most delicious ramen experience. The visual appearance from the donburi was beautiful, and it looked like a high-class French restaurant. The smell of sea bream whets the appetite. I ordered the sea bream rice with rich sea bream salt and my wife ordered the tandan noodles, both of which were, of course, top quality. It's hard to describe how delicious sea bream can be made. Taimeshi is delicious when eaten as is, but I think it would also be better to add the sea bream soup stock available at the table and make it into chazuke. If you also add some soup...try it! I ordered three types of marinated balls, one with a buttery flavor similar to carbonara, and one with plum whitebait. Both were excellent, but the plum whitebait in particular was the perfect match for the soup that I definitely want to try next time. Since it is a shop in front of the station, there is no parking lot.

Rich ramen with strong sea bream soup. The inside of the store is a little narrow with about 7 seats. The style is to buy a meal ticket after entering the store. I could also use d payment and paypay. I want to go again.
