Jiro style ramen shop. In addition to vegetables, garlic, oil, and caramel, [green onions] can be topped for free. The slightly sweet and rich soup is delicious with the noodles.

It may be classified as a so-called Jiro-inspired ramen, but it has a solid taste. Yasai garlic Morimori ramen has a taste that is out of the question, but it was delicious as ramen. If you have the chance, I would like you to try the one with green onions without garlic.

Tsukemen is recommended (summer only?) Curry powder and raw egg are also recommended.
