The broth has intense flavors and really sticks to the noodles, which is the most important aspect of any respectable tsukemen. The chashu is soft and melts in your mouth, the noodles are cooked to perfection, just chewy enough to offer some resistance on each bite. The boiled egg is also done just right. If you've ever been disappointed by tsukemen before, you should try this place. You won't regret it. They have ramen too, but who cares about that. Tsukemen, the king of all noodle dishes.
