I went around noon and waited for about 20 minutes, but if I had waited a little longer, I would have been able to get in without much of a wait. The crowds seem to vary depending on the day. Even though it was lunchtime, there were hardly any customers. Jiro inspired type. Noodles: Flat thick noodles. I like it. The hardness is just right. I tried it on the harder side and it was also good. Soup: Not too thick, just right Vegetables: It's not that there weren't many, but it was a bit unsatisfying, and I think I should have added more. Charshu: Firm meat with no fat. I prefer it to be softer. It had a slight smell, but there was a piece of fatty meat, so when I ate it, the fatty part had no odor and was delicious.

On the way home from work, there was a ramen shop that I had never been to, and when I tried it, it was very delicious. The pork flavor is infused into the noodles. I want to go again ~ m(_ _)m
