Stewed beef tendon with a hint of ginger and a light taste. The draft beer is freezing cold. The couple working at the store have a soft demeanor and create a nice atmosphere inside the store. The food was delicious and the space was nice and relaxing.It was a restaurant that I would like to come back to again.

That's what I thought, but I rinsed it off with water and put it in the pot (lol) I didn't expect it (lol) I guess if you boil it separately, it will be sterilized and there will be no problem, but... Because it's a restaurant like that, the miso is oily and salty, and the fried rice has no taste, so it's just a certain amount of food on the plate. It's been a long time since I encountered a disappointing store.
