Revisited. Ordered top skirt steak, Wagyu beef short ribs, Negitan salt, top mino, Gyara, choregi salad, and seafood pancake. Everything about this restaurant is really delicious, from the seasoning of the meat to the seasoning! Ordered Wagyu ribs, Wagyu skirt steak, salted tongue, stewed beef tendon, seafood pancake, Caesar salad, lemon sour, etc. Everything was delicious, and I was especially surprised at how delicious my favorite skirt steak was, and I could eat it without adding any sauce! The tongue salt was also delicious, served with an unusual pink sauce and eaten with green onions! The staff was very helpful and it was a store I would definitely visit again!

This is a family-run restaurant with a homey feel and delicious food. There are no over-recommendations, the atmosphere is casual like that of an izakaya, the non-meat dishes are delicious, and I think the prices are reasonable.

The sauce for the pink tongue is unique. It looks like they use plums instead of lemons. It's reasonably priced and very delicious. The skirt steak, salted tongue, and misuji are especially delicious. There is a great value set menu, and I always order the choregi salad.
