A high-class Japanese restaurant that has been renovated and has an outstanding atmosphere, right next to Chiba Station. The sushi that Mr. Itamae made in front of me was exquisite, and it was such a luxurious time to savor a bite while explaining the ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed traditional rice and horse mackerel with red vinegar, large fatty tuna, sea urchin, shiitake mushrooms, and steamed egg custard. I was very happy to have a dessert plate on the anniversary day.
A long-established Japanese seafood restaurant founded around 1971, mainly in Tateyama, opened in Chiba in 1997. Seafood is especially voluminous and delicious, and although the price is a little high, it is recommended for special occasions. Since 2020, he seems to be having a hard time due to the coronavirus shock. In 2021, he applied for civil rehabilitation, changed sponsors, and reopened in May 2022. After the renewal, reservations for large groups are limited to courses. The number of seats is nearly 200 including private rooms and tables, and the parking lot is about 13. It's a delicious seafood restaurant with no exceptions, but I have memories of having important dinners both professionally and privately at this place. When I went on a trip to Tateyama with my wife and children, I took them to Hana Sohonten in Tateyama. I hope Hana Honten will continue to do their best.
