I found a soba restaurant while taking a walk. Moreover, it is “Yabu”. I visited for lunch. Disinfect first when entering. The inside of the restaurant is larger than expected and can accommodate several dozen people. The menu is also seasonal and has a wide variety. You can also choose soba from Inaka, 28, and 100 percent. That's amazing. I paid 550 yen for fried clams, 1,353 yen for shrimp tempura, and 1,452 yen for conger eel tempori. 100% has firmness. Twenty-eight is also firm. I really like the soup. The soba soup is also delicious. The tempura also has green beans, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and yuba, and is very crispy and delicious. I'm full. I'm very satisfied. I'll come again this evening.

I went at noon, and it was quite crowded so I had to wait a while. You can choose from three types of buckwheat noodles for the week: Nihachi, Juwari, Inaka, and Fat Uchi. There is a wide selection of tempura and fried chicken on the menu, and there are plenty of side dishes to go with your drinks. I ate the thick soba noodles, but rather than slurping them, I enjoyed the taste of soba by chewing them firmly. It was so delicious that I added a bamboo steamer. The soba and tempura are also very delicious, and there are good infection control measures, distance between desks, and partitions. I was able to eat with peace of mind. There is also a parking lot for 8 cars, which is also appreciated.

It's useful to have a delicious soba restaurant nearby that you can go to without pretentiousness. My favorite is the sesame seiro (pictured is a large serving). The rich sesame sauce and soba soup with dashi broth taste like half and half, and it goes well with the soba and is delicious. If you want to try soba noodles that are different from the usual, try it once. I think that this price (550 yen per person) is conscientious for this content of vegetable tempura. There is also a slightly unusual sweet menu called Soba Gaki no Shiruko, and you can feel the owner's commitment. It gets pretty crowded during lunch time, but customers usually stay at a soba restaurant for a short time, so if you visit outside peak hours, you may find it surprisingly empty.
