Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜Yasuda

It was an unbelievable experience. Best soba I’ve had in Japan after a year of living here.

I really wanted to eat sobagaki, so I visited this soba restaurant before. It was very delicious with the flavor of duck and delicious soba noodles. In addition to the usual sobagaki, there is a unique menu of deep-fried sobagaki, but this is already shockingly delicious... Ichikawa had another opportunity today, and it was right after I finished my meal, but I really wanted to eat it again. When I asked if it was okay to go out to eat alone, I received the OK! I drank a cup of fried sobagaki as a snack. I felt luxurious... Aroma, texture, texture, taste... Really excellent This is all I have to say You can't eat it anywhere else, so if you like buckwheat or have never eaten buckwheat, please try it.

Since I came to Ichikawa, I was looking for a delicious soba restaurant and went here for the first time. I ate soba and soba gaki, which are only available during the summer. The soba noodles were thin, but chewy and very delicious. The rich tofu is also really rich and delicious. The soba gaki, which I haven't had in a while, was delicious with salt and wasabi. I plan to stop by again when I go to Ichikawa.
