Funabashi, Chiba, Japan｜永坂更科 布屋太兵衛

I ordered a two-color seiro and a duck seiro. Two types of steamed hot sauce (sweet and spicy) Soba noodles from long-established stores are delicious. Very satisfied with the price. Next time I go to Funabashi, I want to stop by again.

This is a famous Sarashina soba restaurant. You can enjoy it with two types of soba soup, karajiru and amashiru. Tendon topped with crab tempura is rare.

Both Nihachi Soba and Sarashina are carefully prepared and have an amazing aroma and taste. The tempura is also recommended as it is crispy. It's a little pricey, but I'm very satisfied.
