Boiled Taro after a long time This is a nostalgic restaurant where I would sometimes eat Kakeyazaru when I was commuting to work during my working days. With the founding philosophy of ``Santate'' (freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled), we opened our first store in 1994 and opened 205 stores in 15 years, including ``Nadai Fuji Soba (117 stores)'' and ``Komoro Soba (62 stores)''.
