More Comments at Google MapMy favorite soba restaurant that I used to frequent when I went to Tachikawa. Since I don't have many opportunities to go to Tachikawa anymore, I made a reservation for the first time in a few years, and the two of us visited on a Saturday afternoon. I had grated soba noodles with grilled duck and tempura platter. The duck meat took a long time to cook, so it was so tender that you couldn't believe it was duck meat, but it was perfectly cooked, and it came with three types of condiments, but it was delicious no matter which one you tried. The tempura was also delicious, with seasonal spring vegetables, shrimp meat and legs, and butterbur sashimi, which had no harsh taste and was easy to eat, and the fava beans were quickly fried and still had a crunchy texture. The soba noodles were made with finely grated daikon radish and were very delicate, but the spiciness wasn't too spicy. When it comes to grated soba, I like thick, rough soba like Echizen soba, but this soba also has buckwheat husks in it, but the elegant soba has a different feel and is delicious.
■ Access Good access in about 5 minutes on foot from the Tachikawa North Exit to the west ■ Congestion I called you at the beginning of December to visit you on New Year's Eve, but there was nothing left, so ■ Taste Not only the sweetness and elasticity of the soba, but also the soup was not too sweet, and it was very delicious. The tempura was smelt, Ehi, Kujo green onions, lotus root, and carrots, but they were all sweet and delicious. I was particularly impressed with the soba-yu. Actually, it was soba-yu that I had never drunk before. This was enough. Everything on the evening menu was delicious. ■ Order Celestial steamer Assortment of 3 kinds of snacks (with Chinese ink)○ Assortment of 3 Kinds of Tempura ○ Grilled miso◎ Udo and red heart radish Namasu soba tofu ■ Interior Jazz records and old music equipment were everywhere, and it was a wonderful shop where you could feel the owner's commitment.
Every dish has a solid soup stock and is very delicious. I can only go once or twice a year, so I can eat as much food as I want and drink as much as I like. We will eat and drink until you are fully satisfied. I am always grateful for your help.
