More Comments at Google MapSince I went to Sayama City, I searched for Sayama Tea Soba and decided to visit. It was well past noon, so there were no other customers. I took off my shoes at the entrance (I realized it was built like a renovated house), put on slippers, and headed to my room. It's a small restaurant with three tables that seat four people. I ordered a lunch set, and my son had a small tempura bowl with silk-grilled soba noodles for a limited time, and I had a small tempura bowl with a large serving of Sayama tea cutlets. The tempura bowl arrived first in no time. Freshly fried and delicious. When I finished eating, soba noodles were served. I ordered a large portion and was given a refill of soba soup and soba soup. Kakesoba has a delicious yuzu aroma. Sayama Cha-kiri didn't really feel like cha-soba (since it was my first time having cha-soba at a soba restaurant). I guess I'm just too used to the tea soba I buy at the supermarket lol. Still, it was delicious, and perhaps because it was a tempura bowl, the large serving was a lot, so I asked my son to help out. There is a parking lot for one car in front of the store. I guess the toilet wasn't very clean. Soba tea will be served to you at the beginning, but after that you will have to serve it yourself. We had a very quiet and relaxing meal. Thank you for the meal.
I often go there to eat, and it really feels like a private home, so there aren't many people there, but they serve really delicious soba noodles. Cha soba is also delicious, but I personally recommend coarsely ground soba as it has a nice aroma. For lunch, they also have sets such as mini tempura bowls, which are very delicious.
This is a restaurant where you can eat delicious soba noodles. I ordered roughly ground soba and it was very delicious with a nice aroma and texture. The shop is run by the owner and the landlady, so you may need to allow some extra time during busy times. I ordered a large portion, and they served a good amount of soup. The flavor of the bonito-fragrant soup was not too sweet, which I really liked. I'll visit you again.
