The food is delicious. From the Ceasar salad with the unique pork bits that add texture and flavor, almost like bacon, to enhance the dish to the steak where they bring in garlic and small buttery-looking-blocks of fat that melt away once you cook them, enhancing and enriching the flavor of the already delicious steak. The options across the menu selection is amazing. From the Viking (all-you-can-eat) option to pay as you eat options truly reminds me of some of the best Yakiniku style restaurants where the atmosphere and the quality are superb. In fact, I was skeptical because I had only been to one Gyu-Kaku in the northern area of Japan. But when the wife suggested that I go because it is her preference, I knew i had to try it. The customer service provided was amazing. You could tell people there were happy and happy workers will provide a better quality. Not like going to an Aeon Mall where it is hit and miss on the goodbyes! This restaurant, all night, was saying goodbye to everyone and giving thanks for eating at their restaurant the entire night in unison. I wanted to be a part of that team. When the staff realized I didn't understand Japanese they were quick to bring over someone that could help us in English. They provided and English menu and walked me through the options. They took our first order and showed us how to use the tablet. When they saw my son and I they didn't place us in an odd corner or away from the rest of the Japanese tables. We felt welcomed and it was quite a refreshing feeling. The vegetables were delicious and the cuts were the right size. The drinks with alcohol looked amazing but I had a responsibility to not drink them, however, I might try to take some friends there some other time because they look better than the basic beers that most Yakiniku restaurants provide. My initial impression was the sauce was a little on the light side but I was mistaken. I did not yearn for more sauce because all of the food was flavorful removing the thought of needing to add much if anything to the dishes. When I asked for a but of spice they brought it right away. I really enjoyed eating here. I usually don't write reviews if the restaurant experience is just "okay" and most place are, but some places will inspire me to write a negative or positive review and this one was a positive one. Overall, this place was amazing. I look forward to going there again and I would that someone else tries it and post an objective review to confirm my experience for all those reading this!

WOW! SUGOI! ICHIBAN SERVICE! (一番) We went here to celebrate my son's birthday and father's day and had an amazing time. The food was high quality and totemo oishi! We ordered the middle tier of the "all you can eat" (tabehodai) set and there was a large variety of items to choose from. They have an English menu, and you can order from the table using a tablet. If you don't want to wait in line, get there early. When our 90 minute time limit ended, the waiting area was full when we walked out. The seating was semi-private. Our four-person table was next to only one other four-person table. It was nice, and there was plenty of leg room under the table considering that there was cooking and vent column underneath. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. おすすめ!

The staff's response is excellent. I was touched that there was no one there, which was disappointing.
