The service and food is great - but they missed a few orders. I would recommend going any day that isn't a Saturday night, because it is a exceptional place!

I used it during the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. Each and every clerk was very nice and I was able to eat really comfortably! In addition, the food, including meat, was very delicious and I was able to spend a very fulfilling time. I would like to use it again if there is a time to pass nearby!

I have visited you several times. Whether the taste or price is good or bad, Gyu-Kaku, a national chain, will give you more than a certain level of satisfaction. Above all, the customer service of the staff at this store is wonderful. They were very attentive to the details, and although this may have been due to the time of day and the number of customers, they changed the plates and refilled the cold items before we ordered. I've eaten at various Gyu-Kaku restaurants, but I can definitely say that this restaurant is the best in terms of service quality. However, there is a lot of conversation between store employees. Not out loud, but just as a consistent part of communication. I don't mind it at all because I think that's part of what makes the store's atmosphere so good, but if you don't like that kind of thing, it might bother you a little.
