More Comments at Google MapAnyway, the stone ground soba is delicious. They don't seem to be able to make a lot of them, the store is small, and they're sold out by the time they open at 11am, so it's impossible to wait in line. About 20 people a day. When I entered the restaurant, the host asked me several times if it was okay and said there was a long wait.I took a seat, but as he said, I actually waited for an hour. However, there were three types of soba to choose from, and it was really delicious.
At "Takashi" in the middle of a residential area, you can usually choose from three types of soba noodles: ginjo and daiginjo. Usually ninety one, ginjo is hikigurumi, daiginjo is sarashina. If you combine these three types to make two types, it will be about 1.5 times the usual amount. I was confused at first by the expressions ginjo and daiginjo, but the soba was delicious. Soba noodles, which are usually called, were enough. A total of 5 parking spaces are secured, which is enough from the store's capacity.
★Revisited on December 28, 2020. December 29th and 30th are holidays, and on New Year's Eve on the 31st, they will be open from 11:00 until the evening (sold out). I will also upload a photo of the store sticker. ★Temporarily closed until November 2020. Due to the shopkeeper's fracture. I wish you a speedy recovery. (The sticker was confirmed on September 30, 2020. See photo.) This soba restaurant exists quietly in a residential area. The ginjo soba and kurumi(walnut) soba that can only be tasted here are delicious. The menu is a little confusing, but the waiter will explain it to you.
