Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Gyu-Kaku

I’ve been to a couple of Gyukaku locations, and I think this one was the best experience so far. We had the mid-range all-you-can-eat menu with drink bar, and we were very pleased with our stay. The food was delicious, but almost more importantly was the set up of the grill. The staff was quick to change our grill when we requested, which is very appreciated. While the service could have been a bit faster, I wouldn’t be too critical of this point as we went at a busy time without a reservation, so the delay was understood. The interior of the restaurant was obviously newly renovated. I certainly feel like we got more than we paid for both in terms of the quality of the meal and the restaurant experience as a whole. I would absolutely recommend this location to a friend, even if they may have had a less the stellar experience at a different Gyukaku location. This place was awesome, give it a shot!

Good customer service. The seats were comfortable and I was able to relax. If you include all-you-can-drink, the price will be a bit high, but the content was as expected.

I'm not a connoisseur myself, but it was delicious normally. For all-you-can-eat orders, I think it was a tablet order and the other was a verbal order. The only thing I felt a little inconvenient when ordering tablets was that I didn't know which one was coming and which one wasn't. I used to work part-time in the hospitality industry when I was a student, so I know how simple the store system is. In my case, there were many things like bread and salad that were added to the steakhouse and the customer decided, but there aren't many things here. Good staff Well above all it was delicious.
