Since it's a little far from my home, I can't go there to make up for it, so I try to eat something different every time, but I end up craving it and end up having the menu above. I received the ``Guts Soba'' at the recommendation of a friend who is a regular. The moment I took a bite of the soup, I was struck by the light soy sauce-based aroma and deep flavor, similar to the long-established ramen shops I ate at when I was a child. The kindness, friendly personality, and warm smile of the mother who serves customers enhances the atmosphere of this restaurant. The food, the restaurant, the kindness of the mother... everything was a perfect match and we received the best hospitality!
