It's so delicious that I couldn't help but grin♪ It's not Hokkaido, but it's a nostalgic taste that I ate in the countryside a long time ago. Medium-thick noodles with old-fashioned yellowish waves. It looks like egg noodles. It is boiled well and has a chewy texture that goes well with traditional miso soup. Eating it with bean sprouts and crunchy bamboo shoots doubles the flavor. There are 3 pieces of soft and modestly seasoned char siu by default. I'm getting fat... The owner seems to be a friendly person, so it was a good place to enjoy drinking alone at night.
