first visit and it's good

I came here on Sunday afternoon. At first, I simply wanted to eat zaru soba because it was hot, so I was caught in a search, but when I saw the interior and menu, I felt that I was particular about it, so I had lunch. The photo shows the daily snack platter for 950 yen. From the top left, red sea bream with boiled eggplant, pickled vegetables, grilled seaweed and wasabi pickles, herring boiled with Japanese pepper, and kelp. I think this assortment of snacks alone is worth a visit. Honkarebushi is properly used for boiled eggplant, and Japanese pepper and ginger are effective for herring. Above all, Kogori is amazing. I couldn't smell even one millimeter, and I wanted to know how it was made.
