This soba restaurant is quite famous. It's quite famous in Kiyose, but Miyuki Shokudo, which is two doors down, has been getting a lot of attention, so I get the impression that it's been overshadowed. I feel like I've had it since I was a child, but it's been over 40 years, hasn't it? The interior has been fairly renovated, and you won't notice it from the outside, but it's a comfortable space with a stylish atrium. Today I ordered chilled tanuki soba for 830 yen. There's a part of me that thinks it's a fox, but in the end it always ends up being a raccoon... Soba arrived in 7 minutes. My first impression was that Naruto and the vegetables were carefully chopped. It's probably my first visit to the store in over 10 years, so it's interesting to see so many new discoveries here and there. When I take a bite of soba, I can't help but think it's delicious! The aroma of the soba is outstanding, the aroma of the soup stock is strong, and above all, the texture of the soba is the best! [This year's most delicious soba] Updated! It feels like... Also, the ingredients on top are sophisticated. Naruto and cucumber have the same thickness, but the textures are completely different, so it's fun. The fragrant taste of tenkasu is the perfect match. The green onions also do a good job and round out the whole thing... If you melt the wasabi in the middle, the taste will change and you won't get tired of it until the end. I drank it all down to the top with the tempura floating in it! I would like to try another menu next time.

The inside of the store is small, but it has a tasteful and clean feeling, and it is a soba restaurant with a good atmosphere. The handmade soba noodles were fine, and the soup stock, which was not thick and thin, was very delicious with the flavor of bonito flakes. Tempura of local vegetables was also delicious.
