I ate bamboo steamer. Delicious soba. When it comes to Chofu, I've been to most of the Jindaiji soba restaurants, but this was my first time. All orders are placed on a smartphone, and soba noodles are served without saying a word. Sobayu is rich. I used to come to this Tenjin-dori shopping street when I was a student, so I miss it.

I received the duck nanban. The clear soup, the soft and meaty duck, and the chewy and fragrant soba were elegantly balanced, making it a very delicious soba. All the customers in the store were very quiet, probably concentrating on the soba noodles.
