Not only was it delicious, but it was also a very memorable soba restaurant. The reason for this is the firmness of soba noodles. The soba noodles themselves are thin, but on the other hand, they are very chewy. Personally, I'd rather have a satisfying meal, so in that respect, I've never had a more chewy soba, so I give it full marks. I think I want to go again. I also had miso katsudon, pickled vegetables, etc., and I felt that they were all polite, well-balanced, and received high marks.

I found a really cool soba restaurant! ! 💕 I don't think it's 100%, but the taste of soba is strong, and although it's thin, it's just the right amount of firmness and has a chewy texture😋 It's too delicious, maybe next time I'll have a large serving. The interior of the store was also carved with wood, and it was nice to have a warm and calm atmosphere. I will definitely go eat there again✨
