I found a very good soba restaurant, so I would like to introduce it to you! Although it is a soba restaurant, it has a wide selection of Japanese snacks. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake. The snacks we had while drinking sake were all really delicious. Eggplant and shiitake mushrooms seem to be recommended this season. The tempura platter was also good value for money, with 3 shrimps and fish and various vegetables. For soba, you can choose between inaka soba (thick noodles) and regular soba (regular noodles), so it was the perfect restaurant for me, who loves soba. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

The taste, customer service, atmosphere, and richness of the menu make this store the perfect match for sake lovers. The shrimp tempura in the tempura bowl set on the lunch menu is crispy. The slightly thick and hard soba noodles have a better texture than they look, and go down smoothly. Choose an accompaniment to go with alcohol from a wide variety of menus, and the melty shochu mixed with soba water is a perfect match.

Entered the store a little before 12:00 during lunch time on weekdays. It wasn't too crowded. I love soba, and I think this is quite delicious in the Kawasaki area. I ordered two colors this time. It will be a combination of rare country soba and regular soba. The handmade soba was very delicious, but the inaka soba is quite chewy. Soba soup was also delicious. Sobayu is quite concentrated and has a thick consistency. The shop is on the second floor, but it doesn't feel very clean. The customer service was polite and pleasant.
