You don't have to go to Niigata to eat such delicious "Hegisoba" in Tokyo. A little southwest of Sancha, you can eat delicious Hegisoba, a specialty of Niigata. Tochio's deep-fried tofu also has a fragrant oil and goes well with green onions.
