Lovely experience at this little restaurant. You get to enjoy a nice, cozy and intimate setting where you see the chef at work right in front of you. It is a 100% true japanese experience. While the staff might not be efficient at english they are at least passionate about trying their best to provide the best possible experience. (Bring Google translate. It has a camera function so you can translate the menu) We got a lot more for our money than we would've imagined. I spent 2277 yen on a hearty bowl of soba, a big bottle of Sapporo and a big glass of sake. It is however easy to spend a lot more because the food is so appetizing.
