The Beni Ginger Tempura was sold out at Shinwa Soba, where I usually eat, so I stepped into Sagaya for the first time. It was around 3pm, but the place was busy with many female customers. Hakone Soba also opened nearby. There were no customers at Shinwa Soba. Good luck Shinwa soba

I used to go there often when the Kabukicho store in Shinjuku was closed, but ever since the Kabukicho store closed, I wanted to eat Sagaya-san's soba, and when I searched for it, I found out that there was a Keio Mall store, so this morning, I hadn't seen it in years. I went to Kani to eat Sagaya-san's soba for the first time in a while, and it was delicious. I will come back to eat again.

I think it's amazing that there is a stand-up soba restaurant that grinds its soba properly in the city center. Of course it's delicious. You can also get freshly fried kakiage.
