I usually go to the shops located on the Sobu Line station platforms in Kinshicho, but last week I went to Oedo Soba located inside Hamamatsucho Station. There was a udon shop across the street, but I went into this one without hesitation. You'll feel happy when you stuff your mouth with the soba noodles, which have a rich soup and a texture similar to 100 percent soba noodles. There are few places where you can enjoy kakiage soba at 420, so this is one of the rare shops. The key is to use a thicker soup instead of the Kansai-style soup that has been on the rise lately.
