The store was clean and there were already two groups waiting when I arrived. The turnover rate was fast and was guided in about 5 minutes. The soba I ordered was a two-tiered bamboo steamer, and sesame was kneaded in, so I could feel the flavor of soba. The kodon was refreshing and delicious. Lunch is popular, so we recommend going early.

I had colorful vegetable salad soba at Takadaya in Kojimachi. Although the store is underground, the interior is bright and spacious. The soba that came out was beautifully arranged! It contains plenty of vegetables and comes in a wide variety of varieties. The soba noodles were also delicious. Recommended❣️
