Good ticket soba shop with Heartland beer in bottles.

I got sesame chicken dipping soba (small) + warm vegetables. Green onions and ginger for dipping sauce? It contains walnuts and chicken, and it looks like a lot of ingredients. The sesame sauce was deep, mellow, and very delicious. It looks spicy because of the red color, but it wasn't that spicy. Soba noodles are chewy. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to eat all the vegetables because I put vegetables on the topping, but even I, who doesn't eat much, was fine with the small size. I appreciate that there is less. The special spices on the table were delicious! Sesame, fried green onions, and fruit vinegar are also placed as service toppings. Jazz and Western music were flowing in the store, and it was like a bar.

This is a creative Tsukesoba restaurant with 4 stores in Tokyo. Among them, I visited the Nakano store. In terms of image, it feels like tsukemen-style soba, but it was very delicious. I chose the hot one with a choice of hot or cold dipping soup, but the fish-based soup has a moderate amount of Japanese pepper and goes well with the flavor of soba. It's a ramen-like part that contains chicken oil and thigh meat there, but the balance with the chewy noodles is very good, and you can eat it smoothly. There is “ginger fruit vinegar” as a taste change factor, but if you use this, the dipping soup will suddenly become fruity, and it will feel like you are eating a completely different dish, so it is wonderful that you will not get tired of it. After that, I tried Oi-sansho to regain the sense of sansho hidden in the fruitiness, and finished eating happily. The store clerk's customer service was also good, and I definitely wanted to ask again.
