Shinjuku City, Tokyo, Japan｜Soba Kura

We are American tourists and had a fabulous time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and at the perfect respective temperatures. The ladies don’t speak English, but we’re very accommodating and sweet. This is a must try restaurant for excellent soba!!!

Staff and chef were friendly, the night that we visited wasn’t busy and had a few locals that were also extremely friendly and talkative considering we didn’t speak and Japanese. There is no English menu but Google translate and pointing is perfectly fine. Great environment and finally feels like we’re eating at a local place.

This is a must place to visit if you would like to view Osaka from above and want to take some great photos. The sights of the city is breathtaking and the escalator walkways going up have magnificent views and a creative design. There are viewing windows to observe from inside then you can go outside on the roof but make sure you hold onto your belongings, the wind is very strong. We really wish we could of come back at night to see another perspective.
