Order a large bowl of Chinese soba (560 yen) I usually have a lot of ramen with strong flavors. I decided to order some simple ramen once in a while. When I tried the soup, I thought it was delicious. Although it is light and easy, it does not have a weak taste. I like the curly noodles as they are quite firm. If anything, I think the taste would be similar if you bought Chinese noodles and soup at the supermarket. It has a very nostalgic taste that makes me want to eat it sometimes. On a different note, it's quite painful not being able to order eggs so I can't order my favorite tempura soba. I know it's quite difficult in this day and age, but I hope you get better soon.
