This is was one of the best restaurant I’ve visited in Japan, probably second only to Izakaya Toyo in Osaka. This is a must!!!

[Ultimate Salt Dashi Sobasuke Ikebukuro West Exit] is a soba restaurant located about 5 minutes walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro Station on the JR Yamanote Line. I had been to the Inaricho main store before, but this was the first time I heard that it was in Ikebukuro, so I went there. This is a new style soba restaurant that uses the highest quality 100 percent soba and serves it with the ultimate salt soup without using any soy sauce. ! In addition to soba, there is also a wide variety of snacks on the menu. This time I went for lunch and I didn't drink alcohol, but I ordered some snacks lol The full guts sashimi was well-seasoned and very delicious, and the chicken tempura was freshly fried, juicy and delicious! For soba, order the original ra soba large size (cold)! First, there's seaweed all over the bowl, and chili oil is poured over it. I cut up some seaweed and mixed it with soba and it was delicious! Teka soba is delicious! ! It's more flat noodles than regular soba, and it's delicious! In the end, I drank all the soup~ lol
