A delicious stand-up soba restaurant that is among the best You can enjoy freshly made, boiled, and fried delicious 100% buckwheat noodles. You can choose from thick noodles or thin noodles for soba noodles, and after receiving an order (although it is mechanical), the soba noodles will be boiled. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy. For 100 yen, you can have a whole chikuwa tempura for 100 yen. Seasonal tempura is also nice. I also really like soba soup. There is only a counter in the store. You can sit down and keep calm. The shop owner is a middle-aged and young staff who work smartly. It seems that you can enjoy sake with tempura as a knob, so it is a fun shop at night.

I had Kakesoba thick noodles, garland chrysanthemum tempura, and a mini curry bowl. Freshly made soba came out of the machine. Juwari soba has a very good flavor. The freshly fried garland chrysanthemum was crispy. Curry bowl roux is hot. Next time I'd like to have it with thin noodles.

This time I ordered a large serving of duck with TKG lol The noodles are juwari buckwheat soba noodles, and the duck bamboo steamer has the fat of the duck meat that seeps out and doubles the umami. Of course it's decided to be delicious! TKG is covered with bonito flakes, which really adds to the accent. The buckwheat soup at the end was muddy and delicious, so I drank two bowls lol
