I drank it for the first time at Hanno. I was introduced to an acquaintance and entered the store. An acquaintance also said that it was the second time. Since it is the name of the place in Nagato, "Nagatoya", I could associate it with a store that sells ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture. (not confirmed) It's an open kitchen-style counter, and it's my favorite arrangement. Since it was just the two of us, we sat at a horigotatsu table. After a toast with draft beer, I left the order to an acquaintance. Stewed offal, fried chicken, chicken liver, Japanese cauda. There were many types of fried chicken, but I chose the standard one. Fried chicken is usually delicious. I think that it is a passing point as a fried chicken in an izakaya. The chicken liver was delicious. It was an addicting taste. The sauce was good. Next time, if I have the chance, I would like to try Yamachoyaki (one grilled chicken thigh).
