More Comments at Google MapThis is delicious. I got mapo tofu and black half. Mapo tofu is delicious and spicy. The black half-fried rice is rich and delicious. The soup is also old style with a slightly sour taste. I'll come back later! revisit This time, it's yakisoba with ankake sauce. It's nice and light, but I think the white pepper is a little too strong. At the moment, my favorites are green pepper meat, mapo tofu, and black fried rice.
I've visited it again, so I'll add more information. I received Gomoku soba. Be careful as it is coated with hot red bean paste. The noodles are piping hot, so you can enjoy them without getting cold until the end. On this day, there was a huge number of customers and the place quickly filled up. Highly recommended. Last time I visited↓ This is a reasonably priced but very delicious Chinese restaurant. The stir-fried items are exquisite. For fried rice, black fried rice is recommended.
Noon on a midsummer day with pecans. I visited during opening hours. Zero first customer, one second customer. We had chilled Chinese noodles and chilled dandan noodles. Cold Chinese noodles are the royal road. Cold noodles in a sour soy sauce soup are refreshing and delicious. Chilled tantanmen is a type of tsukemen in which the noodles are soaked in cold water and served with a sour dipping sauce with the sweetness of sesame seeds. The soup is quite thick, so it's enough to dip half of the soup into the noodles you grabbed with your chopsticks. It's delicious, but the amount of noodles was so much that it was hard in the second half. It is said that more than one ball of chilled Chinese noodles is included. ---Past posts I visited at opening time on Saturday afternoon. No first customers, lots of second customers. I got the bean sprouts stir-fried soba and black han. Already. The bean sprouts are hot and crunchy. Exquisite seasoning. The noodles are moist and thin, perfect for soup. Bean sprouts soba was impressive after a long time. Black half is quite a lot for half. I don't know what it is compared to ordinary fried rice, but it has a unique and relaxing seasoning. This is also squid. As expected, it's a popular store that attracts more and more customers as soon as it opens. The recent coin parking is about 200m, so the parking situation is not very good, but I would like to eat other items. --Added in May 2021 I visited on a weekday afternoon when the store opened. Zero first customer, one second customer. It's popular on Saturdays as soon as it opens, but it's not so on weekdays, or maybe it's just a coincidence. On this day, I had miso ramen. It's a classic miso ramen that's typical of town Chinese, but the soup isn't too sweet, not too salty, and not too thin, so you won't get tired of it. Noodles are the same thin noodles as soy sauce ramen. Personally, I prefer medium-thick noodles like Nishiyama for this soup. That said, it's delicious enough. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or if it's like this on weekdays, but maybe there was a lot of construction and construction work in the neighborhood, and the coin parking lots that weren't even free were all full, so I had to go about 500m away. I cried that it wasn't empty.
