Fuchu has an image of many chain stores, but I found this shop after avoiding chain stores! If you imagine a noisy izakaya, you will be surprised at how quiet the store is! And I was surprised when I saw the menu. It is said that deep-fried skewers will come out without permission until the customer stops. *This is not an all-you-can-eat system, but a system where you pay for what you eat. In addition to skewers, there is also a small snack menu. For the time being, I ordered skewers and drinks. Appetizer is vegetable sticks and daikon radish with mayonnaise? something. Four kinds of skewers come out at once for the number of people. Then, at the perfect timing when everyone finishes eating, the following four types will be served. There are some unique skewers among the standard skewers, so you can eat them all the time without getting tired of them. As a result, I stopped ordering when I ate 4 types x 4 dishes. It was a very comfortable shop with an elegant atmosphere, both the owner and the owner were modest and nice people! I am deeply moved that there is such a wonderful shop in Fuchu. (Sorry Fuchu.) I recommend it to others. I want to go again😌

2023.9.16 Revisited The owner, who seems quiet at first glance but has a very gentle manner of customer service, and his cheerful wife are very nice. When I looked around, I noticed that the area around the ventilation fan was very shiny, which gave me a good impression that they were serious people. All of the skewers were delicious without fail, but the shimeji mushrooms and konbu konbu roe were especially delicious. Especially shimeji mushrooms. It looks like a three-dimensional bonsai tree, and when you eat it, you can really bring out the flavor and aroma of the mushroom. I want to know the secret to making this happen with deep-fried foods. Many of these stores only accept reservations over the phone or in cash, but they actually accept online reservations and PayPay. If that's the case...why not post a message that says ``Photography of food only is allowed'' to spread the word about the beauty of skewers? At the moment, the only people who are posting images are those sitting in tatami seats, where the owner can't see them. Maybe they don't want too many young people to come, or it's not a good idea to have people who don't eat because they want to look good, or the two of them can't handle that many customers anymore, but yesterday it was just me and my family. So I was a little worried. Please take care of yourself and I will definitely go again, so please do your best! ------------------------ I would like to apologize for thinking that it would be better if it was a little more delicious than the 〇 inside. The fried skewers here are delicious. Although it's a pub-style restaurant with a homely atmosphere, the owner's deep-fried skewers are all creative and interesting to look at. I was impressed by the way the prawns were carefully fried with their legs spread open to make them look like they were alive. Naturally, there seem to be many regular customers, but the customer service is attentive to all customers. This kind of thing is actually rare. On the other hand, since it is located in an entertainment district that attracts a lot of people, it may be a good idea not to bring children. The owner fries them one by one by himself, so it's perfect for people who have time.

The food and drinks were delicious, and the restaurant was very comfortable! It's not suitable for drinking parties with a large number of people as there is mainly counter seating and only one table with a sunken kotatsu table, but I think it's a very nice space for two to three adults to enjoy and relax.
