Four kinds of skewers come out at once for the number of people. Then, at the perfect timing when everyone finishes eating, the following four types will be served. There are some unique skewers among the standard skewers, so you can eat them all the time without getting tired of them. As a result, I stopped ordering when I ate 4 types x 4 dishes. It was a very comfortable shop with an elegant atmosphere, both the owner and the owner were modest and nice people! I am deeply moved that there is such a wonderful shop in Fuchu. (Sorry Fuchu.) I recommend it to others. I want to go again😌

Many of these stores only accept reservations over the phone or in cash, but they actually accept online reservations and PayPay. If that's the case...why not post a message that says ``Photography of food only is allowed'' to spread the word about the beauty of skewers? At the moment, the only people who are posting images are those sitting in tatami seats, where the owner can't see them. Maybe they don't want too many young people to come, or it's not a good idea to have people who don't eat because they want to look good, or the two of them can't handle that many customers anymore, but yesterday it was just me and my family. So I was a little worried. On the other hand, since it is located in an entertainment district that attracts a lot of people, it may be a good idea not to bring children. The owner fries them one by one by himself, so it's perfect for people who have time.

The food and drinks were delicious, and the restaurant was very comfortable! It's not suitable for drinking parties with a large number of people as there is mainly counter seating and only one table with a sunken kotatsu table, but I think it's a very nice space for two to three adults to enjoy and relax.
