Sorry, I've only been there for lunch, but the beef tendon bowl here is really delicious. Sweet and salty, crumbling softness. After eating about 1/3 as it is, I like to mix the red ginger and soft-boiled egg that come with it. Lunch is only available on weekdays, but please try it.
