I love the Gyu-Kaku chain as a rule but because I have kids this one is one of the best! Service was excellent! There is a drink bar which I love (nice big cups too!) it’s so easy to order here as well! The iPad system they use makes for super quick service!

The customer service is very polite and pleasant. On the day we used the service, there were several people in training (one was on the first day of training), and although they were a little unsteady, I was impressed by how hard they worked to serve customers. The person who seemed to be the manager was kind enough to follow me, and I was able to enjoy my meal with a warm feeling. New employees were well trained and the atmosphere was good. The main meal was also very delicious. Gyukaku is famous for its all-you-can-eat menu, but I would like you to try it a la carte. If you don't drink alcohol, 5,000 yen for two people will fill you up quite a bit, and it's definitely more delicious than the all-you-can-eat meat. I highly recommend the noodles, and the cold noodles and spicy noodles were especially delicious. I've been to several Gyu-Kaku stores, but this one is my favorite because of the staff. I want to go again.

Beef horn is delicious. Today's ichi is ribs with bones.
