Cheap beers and about three or four to choose from. I've rarely found it crowded. The food is OK (the curry's not bad) but nothing to write home about. Still, the decent beers adequately compensate. 11 Sept 2022 update: Just visited the new site after the summer. It's smaller than the previous one but just across the road (in an alley) from Ikuta station. They could probably do with some outside seating, but the place is on a slight hill. Staff, food and beer are the same. Staff remain friendly, curry or pizza is probably the best food option and the German beer is probably the best thing in a glass - still very cheap.

Good craft beer and reasonable price. Basic and simple atmosphere but simple is the best. :)
