You order from the kiosk. We don't speak Japanese, so we didn't know what we were ordering. The food was amazing with LARGE portions. We should have ordered one meal instead of two.

As you can see, I *used to come here, not anymore. Customer service, especially to those loyal, courteous and always buying your food—TREAT WITH RESPECT. NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE. DON’T GET AN OLD LADY FROM SHōWA ERA TO HANDLE BUSY LUNCH

food comes first and it is so delicious the place is clean enough but you should be careful not to eat so much because of greasiness
