A shop I've liked since I was renting a room. Open only on Saturdays and Sundays. It is good to check the schedule on twitter because it may be closed. Ramen 600 yen is too cheap these days. The soy sauce tastes different from other restaurants. There are many delicious daily specials, and on this day Iwate Mazesoba is 900 yen. Finally, add rice and enjoy.

I've been curious about this store for a while. I heard that they are currently operating out of a rented apartment, so I went there. It's located in a rather interesting location, but once you step inside, the friendly staff will guide you through the interior, which has an outstanding sense of style. I ordered the soy sauce ramen that I was interested in. A beautiful visual with a cute quail egg on top. The hand-rolled noodles go well with the flavorful yet refreshing soup, making it very delicious. At the end of the day, we had some sorbet and went home feeling refreshed. It's a pretty interesting ramen shop.

I happened to have the opportunity to go to Urawa and eat ramen with my family for lunch! So, when I was looking for a restaurant that looked delicious (other than Jiro), I found that it was written as a room in an apartment, what was it? ! I thought, it's not that far from the station, so I decided to visit. A room in a two-story apartment in a residential area about 5 minutes on foot. To be honest, I don't think anyone who doesn't know anything will notice that there is a stylish and delicious ramen shop even if they pass in front of this apartment. There are 2 tables for 4 people and 5 seats at the counter. To be honest, the moment I entered, I couldn't believe I was in an apartment. The kitchen staff greeted us with a warm smile. Children's bowls and forks are also available, I thought it was true. The water was probably filtered and delicious. The ramen also had a very deep and delicious soup, and I was able to eat delicious ramen that was very carefully made. The char siu is also perfect with ramen! I would like to recommend it, I was happy to eat ramen. The new potato potato salad with smoked fish on the snack menu is also great! I'm going to incorporate it into my home's snack menu!
