More Comments at Google MapI was fascinated by the visuals of the food here, but I haven't had the chance to go there for almost a year. I finally arrived. There are various menus, but I ordered the thick loin and set meal that fascinated me. I heard that it was over when it was gone, so I arrived at early 11:00. Luckily it wasn't too crowded and I was alone so I was immediately shown to the counter. Within 10 minutes of ordering, I had a soft loin cutlet with a thickness I've never seen before! (lol) It's thick enough to make you smile, but it's very crisp and the fat isn't persistent, so it was ◯. I like the feeling that the heat is just right, probably at a low temperature. I also chose the amount of gohan, and decided after consulting with my physical condition. I can't come here often, but I thought it would be a good place to introduce to others.
Enjoy a set meal of extra-thick loin cutlet. The batter is thin and fried crispy. The meat is well-fried and soft, making it easy to bite into. The meat has no odor at all and has a nice aroma. It comes with pork soup, but it's not the pork soup you'd imagine, it's more like miso soup.The ingredients are bean sprouts, fried tofu, and ground pork, but it's sweet and quite delicious. You can choose a special size (500 grams) of rice (apparently Akitakomachi) for free, and the rice itself is fluffy and delicious. I didn't have high expectations because the prices were quite low, but the customer service was good and it was an excellent store with a high value for money. The domestic beef hitsumabushi is also delicious.
I wanted to eat thick pork cutlet, so I searched on Google and visited for lunch. It was noon on Sunday, so it was crowded and people were lined up outside the door, so I had high expectations. I ordered a thick loin and my husband ordered an extra thick loin. As you can see in the picture, it was thickly sliced and the extra thick was thicker and full of volume. The meat was soft and the clothes were crispy, and it was delicious until the end. Especially recommended for young people.
