The food was amazing. I had grilled fish (I believe mackerel- option number 4 in the fish section) and it was so flavorful. I wanted to remove one star because the price was a bit higher than 1300 yen, but the taste was so good that I would pay it again. For your reference, I paid 2420 yen for the fish and a glass of iced oolong tea.

Really tasty fish. Lunch deals are good,~¥1300, but I also recommend it for dinner. If you can’t read or speak Japanese, come with someone who does because all the menu is in Japanese and they don’t have pictures. I really like the gindara in miso sauce and the kuromutsu, but any fish tastes good. The ochatsuke is also good. If you don’t eat a lot for dinner, just order one fish dish, and a ochatsuke (rice in soup), for instance. They’ll also serve some otoshi at night, like the saba I posted in the pictures, which also tastes amazing.

Great lunch spot for grilled fish/Japanese traditional style good. (They do also have sashimi) Fresh seasonal fish is available on menu. Menu only in JP. I recommend the 1st option(Salmon and another fish) in the menu. You can get grated radish refilled as you request. They have a counter table that fits about 7 people, 1x 2top table, and I believe 3x 4 top tables. It’s a quite popular place so you might want to get there by 11:20am (as they open at 11:30am).
