Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜New Nanay’s

Less than 5mins on foot from Roppongi Station, New Nanay’s is a sure bet for satisfying Pinoy food cravings while in Tokyo. Unlike most Filipino restaurants/bars in the city, the place is open from before noon. The food is hearty and super delicious. They also have an array of Filipino desserts like halo-halo, leche flan, ube halaya and biko, etc. It’s a bit pricey for daily or frequent consumption, but definitely worth it for special occasions. Full Filipina here and this is definitely a pass in my eyes. A little bit on the expensive side, but if you’re craving any Filipino classics like fried tilapia, Kare kare, and garlic rice.

I live in the Philippines and came here with friends. I was surprised how good it was. The food was authentic and the ingredients were fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are after good Filipino food in Tokyo.
