I ordered Kiwami tongue (thick), premium short ribs (Tomosankaku), top loin (fillet), Wagyu skirt steak, Kiwami horumon (with fat), and vegetable soup. The preparation was done carefully, and the flavor and volume of the meat were both excellent. By the way, Kiwami Hormone is so covered in fat that it bursts into flames when placed on a net. Each table is set with seasonings such as yakiniku sauce, gochijang, soy sauce, lemon juice, herbal salt, rock salt, meat salt, etc. so that you can enjoy yakiniku with a variety of flavors.
