Made reservation to this place 2mo in advance, and we were glad we did, because as soon as we got there the place was full and they said no more guests. The place is every unique in the sense that it is a buffet with a time limit that you can purchase, but the food was all portioned for you (with some exceptions) so it was super nicely plated and clean. We did the 50min set which was perfect. We had 1 round of cold dishes, 1 round of hot + some cold we wanted seconds, 1 round of miso, salad, and rice. We skipped dessert since we were very very full. Highly recommend

Super interesting concept. They have mini cute dishes for buffet. There is a wide range and variety and of exceptional quality. I went at 7am and there wasn’t a wait.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Musse hotel, this buffet style restaurant allows both a 50 and 90 minute option. The 50 minute option is “just right” but you can choose the 90 minute option for a more relaxed dining experience. The quality of food is not exceptional, but the experience is definitely worth it and the service staff go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying. We paid ¥2200 per person for the 50 minute option.
