Charcoal burns deliciously, but on the other hand, it is difficult to adjust the heat. My personal recommendation is chicken, which takes longer than others, but if you cook it slowly over a long distance, it will be very tender. I had a counter seat because I was visiting alone, but I was satisfied with the fact that the smartphone operation when ordering was a little difficult because the fire was close.
